Upon entering, we find a comfortable hallway, a living room with a double sofa bed and a balcony overlooking a large green area with a children's playground, an eat-in kitchen overlooking the park, equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, refrigerator, oven, and induction stovetop, a bedroom with a double bed and a fold-out single bed, and a bathroom with a window, shower stall, and hairdryer. Wi-Fi access. Air conditioning in the living and sleeping areas.

The apartment is extremely quiet, both due to its location (far from the main road and the railway, and bordering a large green park) and its new triple-glazed windows. Tastefully furnished and equipped with every comfort, its structural insulation and exposure ensure a pleasant and enjoyable indoor climate in all seasons.
