Villa Noretsy is an exceptional villa located in the secluded Sunset Road district of Seminyak, where upscale restaurants, cafes, bars, nightclubs, spas, and shopping boutiques are just a short walk away. You can enjoy notable restaurants like Mamasan Bali, Ultimo, and Café Bali. The famous Seminyak Beach is just a 10-15 minute walk to the ocean and stunning sunsets. The Ngurah Rai International Airport is about 21 minutes away by car.
The villa is considerably large with over 400 square meters (4,300 square feet) of living space. The entire two-story home is exclusively available to you. The spacious downstairs offers an open living room, fully equipped kitchen with an island, dining area for eight, and a long countertop and bar. One bedroom with bath is on the first floor. The two bedrooms with baths on the second floor have balconies overlooking the private swimming pool surrounded by a lush garden of trees and flowers. A downstairs powder room is convenient off the living room/garden. You will love staying in this villa with its perfect blend of indoor/outdoor living. Although it is close to the bustling life of Bali, the house is in a very quiet and safe residential area, day and night. The walls are built high enough to give you comfort, privacy and serenity. The villa has a 1-2 car private garage space inside the property.
