I would like to share our experience at TS Suites to help others with the difficult decision of picking a hotel in Bali. Now, I am no hotel connoisseur, but I know something good when I see it. Upon our arrival, we were treated like royalty, our luggage was swiftly taken to our room, while we were checking in. When we got to our room I was amazed with how spacious the room was, with a huge king size bed, a little balcony and an ensuite bathroom with a free standing tub, a huge shower and vanity. The buffet breakfast is rather expansive, with an asian option, western style breakfast, and continental, and no holds barred. For a big eater like myself, it was heavenly. The hotel has a fully equipped gym for the health nuts out there, and a spa where you can get those lactic acids kneaded out of your tender limbs. The pool area is also superb, with staff who became like family over our stay. Now there are a few things that could make the place even better, but not negatives, just little things like adding shaded area to the pool, for sun shy folks like me or maybe adding a bit more closet space in the room, as well as maybe adding a retractable clothes line in the bathroom for the wet swimming clobber. For the lazy holidaymakers, the hotel also provides a complimentary shuttle to and from Double Six beach, which is definitely within walking distance, but why walk if you can ride I say. All and all I can definitely recommend this hotel and its staff to anyone.

I had a great stay at TS Suites. The staff are friendly and helpful. The rooftop pool is awesome and somehow feels almost like its not chlorinated, but I'm sure it is. Just doesnt leave that bad pool smell so thats a big plus. The room was very spacious, seemed fairly newly renovated, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. They offer a free shuttle to the beach but I found it a pretty easy and enjoyable walk with all the shops on the way and the general hustle and bustle of Bali to be watched. They have an unused rooftop area on the other side of the pool that could be a great spot to watch the sunset if refurbished and landscaped. The pool itself is so good. I liked the music they played also. I had two meals at the pool. One was great and the other pretty average, and small. Like some of the other reviewers, I thought the breakfast was a bit limited. Food itself was fine. Just not a very wide range of options. Tiny juice glasses too😆 On the positive side, as a solo traveller, youre entitled to two free breakfasts a day (7am - 11pm). All in all, I think it's a really well located venue within walking distance to most places you'd want to go. Would be quite happy to stay here again as a solo or couple. Not sure I'd bring my younger kids here. No issues, just seemed like 90% single or couple when I stayed. Teenagers would probably enjoy it. PS - take sunscreen with you. It's horrendously expensive in bali and if you go the cheap stuff, you may as well not bother😅

The villa we had was amazing! The staff was amazing, the buffet was good. The pool area was beautiful. The spa was AMAZING! It was easy to get cheap and accessible transportation. There are two 24hr convenient stores right accross the street. Beach and nightlife nearby.

Lovely Hotel in a great location. The suite room was a great size and was very clean. It was a bit warn so probably due an uplift soon. Comfortable Stay and Exceptional Hospitality.

I stayed at TS Suites Seminyak for 2 nights and had a very comfortable experience. What stood out the most was how kind and attentive all the staff were, which made my stay even more pleasant. Since my return flight was at midnight, I originally needed to check out by 2 pm, but the hotel kindly allowed me to check out at 5 pm. This thoughtful gesture gave me plenty of time to relax and prepare without any stress. On the last night, there was a thunderstorm with heavy rain, and the power went out for a short time. However, I completely understand this was due to the weather, and it wasn’t a big issue. Breakfast, which was included in the room rate, was above average and very enjoyable. The food was fresh, tasty, and well-prepared, so I was happy with every meal. I also appreciated the clean water provided at the sink for brushing my teeth. It’s a small detail, but it showed the hotel’s care and attention, which made me feel even more comfortable. Overall, compared to the hotel I stayed at in Ubud before, the service here was far more satisfying. I truly appreciate the excellent hospitality and would gladly return.
