Do not stay!

We were put in a room that had a bar and a stage - clearly converted from a previous purpose! My foot fell through the rotten floorboards while I was trying to call reception to say we had no hot water. Left immediately after that.

Seminyak Sky Suite - A Unique Boutique Hotel

We booked our stay based on the previous reviews. We found out that it is a small boutique hotel with only 3 rooms with one room in each floor. Previously it was a club. The rooms are too big except the one on top floor. The rooms and the beds are OK and everything is nice but at night rooms at level 3 and 5 could be a bit scary for a couple as it is big and has many corners. The lighting is a big dark. The hotel carry the Safari theme and if you like leopard and zebra you may enjoy it. Service is good and not an issue and everyone was willing to help you. Breakfast is based on ala carte package menu. There is also a nice spa located at level 2 which we tried out. Location wise it is walking distance to Seminyak Square and Seminyak Village. The most modern shopping mall in this area is Seminyak Village just next to Seminyak Square. As a whole it is a nice hotel but we have an eerie feeling at night. If you like it take the top floor as the size is just right for a couple. It is a nice hotel but we do not think we would want to be back.

Arrived at 10am to ask about check in time, reception had not turned up as yet so we had a slight delay.Checked in and found fridge not working and smelly, spa had not been cleaned, wet cushions and room safe was locked. Room has a coffee machine - nice touch but no pods even after asking. Got the impression that they are not that experienced with guests. On the up side staff was very friendly and helpful, room was very nice with one of the most comfortable beds i have ever slept in. On taking the lift downstairs at 4.30 am to go to the airport i found the front doors unlocked and the security guard fast asleep on the sofa by the door, despite making a lot of noise getting into the car only 4 metres away he didn't wake up.

Romantic and realxing close to the Beach!

Room No 12 on top of the roof all by ourself! The roof pool is shared, but this is a small hotel and you don`t see many other guests. Very romantic and relaxing. We ordered including breakfast and 1 hour daily massage. The L`Occiatane Spa who did the massage is highly recommanded!

3部屋しかないホテルで、最初の日以外は私達だけだったのでプライベートプール状態！ 朝食はセットやアラカルトから食べたい物を好きなだけ頂けて、美味しかったです。 午後３～５時の間、レストランかバーでアフタヌーンティーがサービスされます。 スタッフもフレンドリーでした。 ただ、バスルームのお湯の温度が低すぎる。。。残念
