Our shower leaked. We had to shower in a friends room. We moved to another room mid stay. There were no carts. I was gracious. Once we moved to the new room, the air didn’t work. Although it was cold out, the AC blew warm air all night. Whomever texted me OFFERED express checkout or late checkout. I replied to accept late checkout, only to then be told there weren’t any more slots for late checkout. Why offer if it wasn’t available? The shower smelled like sewage. The workers were considerate and prompt when we got there, but it was lacking as the stay went on. We won’t stay again, nor recommend.

The room was very clean and in excellent repair, one of the most comfortable beds and pillows I’ve had in a long time at a hotel. The atmosphere was very calm and spa like. There was no noise in the evening or nighttime that sometimes you hear at other hotels. The way they have the elevators and rooms it’s very secluded of noise control. The only negative is the shower, when turned on the pipes would make a loud rattling noise. So loud, no one else in the room could hear the TV and it went on for the whole shower and every time anyone showered.

Her positive attitude and attention to detail really set the tone for my stay. Ms. Beverly is a true asset to the hotel, and her excellent customer service did not go unnoticed.

The suite was older, and probably could use an update.but everything was clean and best of all sifuated so we could not hear the people with children in the room tight by ours! The staff was exceptional! The waitress was wonderful! we would go back if we are ever in the area again!
