Great Vacation in A Great Property
Very clean an nice house, well equipped. Nice walks right outside either through the forest or through a hilly paved way to the beach in less then 2 min. Central enough to do all shopping or just walk in 5 min to a restaurant, remote enough to avoid noise. Just a great relaxing spot and absolutely good for kids.

Schöne Woche
Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Woche in Sellin. Leider spielte das Wetter nicht so mit. Das Haus ist sehr gemütlich. Nur die oberen Fenster auf der Wetterseite, hatten arg mit dem Regen zu kämpfen. Ansonsten haben wir die Woche genossen.

Großes, schönes Haus direkt am Strand – jederzeit wieder!
Wir waren nun schon zum dritten Mal in diesem Haus und werden auch nächstes Jahr wieder kommen! Denn es handelt sich um ein sehr schönes und großes Haus am Strand! Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist top: Die Lage ist einzigartig. Innerhalb von zwei Minuten ist man über einen kleinen Weg am Strand. Zu einem großen Edeka läuft man sechs Minuten. Zum Stadtzentrum in Sellin ist es ein 15-minütiger Spaziergang, mit dem Auto sind es drei Minuten (in der Stadt kann man überall gut parken). Die Gegend ist ruhig - es befinden sich überwiegend andere Ferienhäuser in der Nachbarschaft. Das Haus hat einen Parkplatz und ist top ausgestattet. In beiden Etagen gibt es Fußbodenheizung, die drei Schlafzimmer mit je zwei Doppelbetten sind vollständig eingerichtet. Hier der einzige Kritikpunkt: Die Vorhänge sind nicht komplett verdunkelnd. Die zwei Badezimmer sind ausgesprochen geräumig, eins hat sogar eine freistehende Badewanne. Die Sauna haben wir zwar nicht benutzt, wäre aber kostenlos gewesen. Im Wohnzimmer gibt es einen Kamin, den man im Winter gut anmachen kann. Der Wohn- und Essbereich ist ebenfalls riesig und gemütlich eingerichtet. Die Küche ist perfekt ausgestattet, Küchengeräte sind von Smeg und sonst sind alle möglichen Utensilien, die man zum Kochen braucht vorhanden. Das Haus hat außerdem eine Terrasse und einen Garten. Der Check-in erfolgt über eine Schlüsselbox und die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war immer unkompliziert. Insgesamt ein sehr sehr schönes Ferienhaus!

Tolles Ferienhaus zum Wohlfühlen
Wir haben mit unseren Kindern eine tolle Woche in dem Ferienhaus verbracht. Das Haus ist super gemütlich, wunderschön eingerichtet und komplett ausgestattet. Draußen gibt es eine schöne Außenterrasse mit Grill. Außerdem kann auch noch die Sauna genutzt werden und abends der Kammin angemacht werden. Unsere Kinder hatten viel Platz zum Spielen. Die Lage ist schön ruhig und der Südstrand ist in fünf Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Wir konnten uns super entspannen und haben uns wirklich richtig wohl gefühlt. Alles war voll zu unserer Zufriedenheit!!!

Empfehlenswertes Urlaubsdomizil
Wir haben den Aufenthalt in diesem Haus sehr genossen. Das Haus ist für unsere Bedürfnisse gut ausgestattet und mit 2 Bädern für 4 Personen gut geeignet. Die Sauna und der Kamin sind eine Bereicherung für kühle Tage, wir haben ob des sonnigen Wetters den Außengrill und die geräumige Terrasse genutzt. Besonders angenehm ist die Möglichkeit, Fahrräder im abschließbaren Schuppen unterzustellen. Desweiteren stehen am Haus 2 Parkmöglichlichkeiten für PKWs zur Verfügung. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt. Die Lage in der unmittelbaren Nähe zum Südstrand und die kurzen Wege per Fahrrad zum Einkaufen und in den Ort - die Seebrücke Sellin und Wilhelmstraße sind auch fußläufig durch ein Wäldchen gut zu erreichen - fanden wir sehr sehr schön.

Sauna defekt, 2 Tage Keinen Strom im Bad Wegen Wasserschaden in der Dusche, tropfte unten durch, Wasser lief aus der Lampenschale, hätte mir gern eine Entschuldigung oder finanzielles Entgegenkommen gewünscht. Mückennetz in den Fenstern wäre auch zu empfehlen

Haus ist in einem super Zustand. Die Lage ist perfekt zum Strand und Einkaufen. Auch nach Sellin ist es ein toller Spaziergang. Sehr zu Empfehlen.
