The apartment in 03 house Granitz is a 3-bedroom apartment with winter garden and large terrace, which offers ideal space and comfort for 2 adults and 2 children. It is located on the ground floor and has a size of about 60 square meters. Both the conservatory, as well as from the living room has a beautiful view of the Neuensiener lake and spectacular sunsets). The living area is furnished with a couch and chair. Through the "annexation" of areas "cooking and eating" the apartment is very generous. Gute Ferienwohnung mit kleinen Abstrichen

Wir hatten eine angenehme Zeit in dieser insgesamt empfehlenswerten Ferienwohnung. Die Umgebung ist landschaftlich sehr schön und ruhig. Mit dem Fahrrad kommt man über zahlreiche Wege schnell (15-20 Minuten) in die angrenzenden Seebad-Orte. Die Wohnung selbst ist recht geräumig und mit allem Notwendigen einrichtet. Im Keller des "Fischer" Hauses der Anlage gibt es auch zwei (gemeinsam genutzte) Waschmaschinen und Trockner, die man jeweils für 3 Euro verwenden kann. Check-In im Büro der ca. 5km entfernten "Residenz Seeblick" in Sellin von der zusätzlichen Anfahrtsstrecke her etwas umständlich, aber netter Kontakt. Die Parkplätze an der Ferienwohnungsanlage sind recht eng. Der etwas längere Weg vom Parkplatz zur Ferienwohnung (man läuft außen ums Haus herum) macht die An- oder Abreise bei schlechtem Wetter etwas unkomfortabel. Die Matratzen im kleinen "Kojen" Zimmer (einer von uns schlief dort) sind nicht sehr bequem. Ansonsten aber alles prima.

Urlaubsbewertung

Die Ferienwohnung war sehr sauber und die Zimmer sehr groß und man konnte sich dort sehr wohl fühlen. Auch draußen konnten die Kinder Fußball spielen oder Tischtennis. Auch wenn man aus dem Fenster schaute, war da gleich der See zu sehen. Insgeamt ein sehr gelungener Urlaub. Wir würden, wenn es sich im nächsten Jahr ergibt wieder dort Urlaub machen.
