It is just 3 miles from the beautiful quiet beach of Fenwick Island and the Freeman Stage Arts Pavilion, or a short drive to the bustle of Ocean City beaches!
Enjoy the included full use of the exclusive luxury waterfront community that offers a beautiful community clubhouse with a library, large bay-front resort style pool with 2 shallow kiddie zones/umbrellas/lounge chairs, private sandy bay beach and state-of-the art fitness center that overlooks the beautiful bay, outside tiki bar, large community fire pit area, marina and kayak launch.
