Fabulous Fenwick Island Waterfront property!

Whether you venture out to the beach and boardwalk or decide to stay at the house to sunbathe, swim, fish or kayak off the back deck, we think you will find everything you need at the house to relax and enjoy your vacation.

This Fenwick Island bayfront beach house is only a 5 minute drive/bike to both the Maryland AND Delaware beaches. Two beautiful waterfront backyard decks including a full entertaining area with outdoor lighting for relaxing at night and a 50 foot by 20 foot bayside dock with outdoor spot lights for grilling, fishing and crabbing will make your vacation a splash! The canals in the community are the widest in Fenwick. So feel free to bring your boat, launch from the community ramp and tie it up to the backyard deck. The community has a pool and you will have access to six pool passes. In June, the pool is open on weekends only.

Much care and attention has been taken to offer you the most modern and thoughtful accommodations including fully stocked kitchen with cooking supplies, high quality beds and mattresses, flatscreens, an X-box gaming system, and stylish coastal inspired decorations.

The house is a true 5 bedroom home which allows families plenty of room to spread out without compromising privacy. In addition to the 5 bedrooms, a full sleeper sofa and 2 cots provide comfortable accommodations in the living room for any additional guests. The house has 3 large full bathrooms.

Our home comfortably accommodates up to 13. Bring the parents, grandparents, kids and your dog family members too! The home has a fenced in yard so your furry pals can enjoy their vacation as well.

Upstairs features four bedrooms: 2 large master queen suites, one of which has sliding glass doors leading to the 2nd story sundeck with deck chairs and table, a very spacious bathroom with 2 person vanity sinks, ceramic tiled shower, and a 2 person soaker tub. The second master suite connects to an adjacent bathroom, across the hall is a sunny full bedroom, and for the kids or (kids at heart) the fourth bedroom has bunk beds and a twin bed.

The first floor features a very spacious 5th bedroom with a queen bed for the parents or in-laws with a connecting full bathroom including walk-in, stand-up shower.

The kitchen is fully-stocked and features granite countertops, a garbage disposal, large breakfast bar, a pantry, microwave, dishwasher, both keurig and regular coffee makers, a blender, waffle maker, and all plates, glasses, and utensils.

There is an eat-in dining room table overlooking your beautiful waterview and outdoor deck. The living room features has a wood fireplace, flatscreen television, Xbox gaming system, and dvd player. Sliding glass doors lead you to a beautiful 30 foot long first floor deck with outdoor seating and rocking chairs. Enjoy the sun and breeze from the rockers!

Walk down the steps to our lower level dock. It's huge, 50 x 20 feet! There is plenty of room for cooking the fresh fish you've caught on our gas grill or dropping the CRAB pots available for fresh CRABS right off the dock! Sit and enjoy them right on our 2 picnic tables just feet from the water.

An outdoor hot/cold shower is a great place to clean off after your trip in the bay or ocean.

For your convenience, the house features dual zoned central air, ceiling fans, digital cable tv, dvd, Xbox gaming system, a collection of books and videos, stereo, and full laundry room with washer and dryer. For those of you with allergies, the house has only hardwood floor or tile (no wall to wall carpeting).

The house sleeps 10-13 people comfortably. Bring the kids, parents, and grandparents, there's plenty of room! Great for multi-families or multi-generational visits!

Three single kayaks and a double kayak with paddles are available for your use.
The house also contains adult and child life jackets of various sizes, board games, puzzles, books, dvds, boogie boards, beach umbrellas, some beach chairs, sand toys and some kids toys for your use.

Please note that this house is located in a residential community with full-time residents. It is not appropriate for spring breakers, events or groups with visitors beyond those identified on the guest list. Additionally, it is not appropriate for individuals who intend to have loud parties or a lot of non-guest visitors. Community Quiet Hours are from 9 pm to 8 am. If you are looking for a "party house", this is not the house for you.
