Place still looks new. Very clean but sits on business district kind of far from main streets.Still, There were enough restaurants steps aways from the hotel. Had a great morning walk from near lake. Would come back again than go to Daejeon. Sejong city is well planned city and can easily find parking spaces, stores etc. where at Daejeon, had to struggle to find any parking for restaurants nor stores.

Air conditioning in rooms is DISABLED from 22:00 until 10:00. It is not broken. It is disabled on purpose. I paid for one of the better rooms with lake view. Yet the temperature at night was 24.4° C. I was unable to sleep entire night. I complained bitterly about it and praci begged them to turn it on. The most they did was give me a fan and offer me a room that was 24.3°C. The list of amenties did not indicate this. They did not tell me during check in. The person in charge did not give me the name of manager so I could formally complain. I am quite unhappy that I was lied to during the purchase. Had I known I would have selected another hotel and been able to sleep. I had to ride my bike 70 miles on basically 2 hours of sleep...quite dangerous. The front desk guy smiled said "Sorry about the misunderstanding" as if it was my fault. I corrected him by saying "it is a lie, not a misunderstanding"...to which he reluctantly admitted. Look at all my other reviews of hotels in South Korea...all 5 star, zero complaints. This was by far the worst hotel I stayed at in South Korea.

호텔의 위치, 침대 상태, 객실 청결도 모두 매우 훌륭합니다. 그런데 샤워실에 문제가 좀 있더군요. 일단 샤워실 바닥 경사가 없어서 배수가 잘 안됩니다. 그리고 문을 바깥쪽으로 열게 되어 있어서 발걸레를 둘 수가 없고, 문 밖에 걸어둔 수건을 집기가 어려워요. 샤워실 문을 안쪽으로 당겨 열면 해결될 문제들인데 왜 바깥으로 열게 했는지 모르겠어요.
