Super appartement bien adapté pour notre séjour. Plutôt propre même s’ il y avait un peu de sable à notre arrivée.Le bâtiment est calme et les bruits du dehors ne nous ont pas empêché de dormir. Seul point négatif :à l’arrivée comme au départ devoir aller chercher/ rendre les clés en centre-ville de Hossegor alors que l’appartement est à Seignosse au Penon. De plus pour trouver l’appartement les informations données par l’agence n’étaient pas claires et la carte donnée l’était encore moins. Bref l’accueil a été plutôt bon mais nous avons perdu beaucoup de temps.

Malgré une prise de vue alléchante sur le site de l'agence Petit, nous avons eu une très mauvaise expérience. Jugé "irréprochable" sur le descriptif de vente (appartement mis aussi à la vente...), cet appartement est très bruyant la nuit compte-tenu de la fenêtre de la chambre à simple vitrage située à proximité de la Place Gentille. Le pire a été le système d'ouverture de la porte défaillant (serrure tournant dans le vide et loquet se refermant de l'intérieur après verrouillage de la porte) Son ouverture par un serrurier nous a coûté le prix du séjour!! le personnel de l'agence n'est pas concerné par les problèmes de ses locataires et fait la sourde oreille pour un remboursement de l'intervention! A fuir!!!!
