Great stay on our trip to Segovia! The location is great because it has many great things that are walkable. Amazing dinner options as well. Rooms were clean and a big breakfast with many different options. Staff members were quick to answer all of our questions, and they were always polite and friendly. The hotel has a great location! The front desk staff are helpful and attentive. The only thing to avoid at all costs is room 219. It's next to the housekeeping storage/break/conversation room, and it's extremely loud during their operating hours. If late-night activity is happening there, the door is always open, and closing it is very loud.

It was an easy stay, in a well equipped room, with all the necessary amenities (coffee pot, refrigerator, wifi, large bathroom with a tub). Room service was cordial and attentive. Clean room. Did not have breakfast at hotel, but they had a breakfast buffet for 10.50 euros.
