Nosotros solicitamos alojamiento en el hotel Condes de Castilla, pero, por no podernos alojar en la fecha solicitada, se nos propuso, en las mismas condiciones, el hotel Spa La casa Mudéjar, aceptándolo por nuestra parte. La habitación, sencilla, y los útiles de baño, champú y demás (no había gel), insuficientes.

Overall ok, but having no toilet paper at all was not a great start. Apparently reception has a big stack of toilet paper just behind their desk so maybe their policy is not to supply any until the guests are in dire need and ask for some in an emergency?

Super clean and well located

We found this hotel to be super clean and comfortable. Our room had a good view out the window. The location was very convenient for us. The only thing we didn't like was that the WiFi didn't reach up to our room.

La recepcionista nos recibió muy bien y nos soluciono un problema que tenía la calecfacion. El problema surgió cuando nos ofrecen aparcamiento y de los tres dias que estuvimos, solo lo utilizamos 2 y él señor el día que nos íbamos fue a recepción, porque teníamos que pararle a él, cuando yo traté con el hotel, y nosotros queríamos pagar con quien habíamos hablado y ofrecido el servicio, encima quería que le pagamos los tres dias, a lo cual me negué y lo peor es que la señorita que estaba en recepción hizo caso o ir al problema y se metió para adentro, una falta de profesionalidad por todo lo alto, al final le tuve que parar los días y sin factura. Por todo esto y por el estado de la habitación que nos toco y no quisieron cambiarnos, es un hotel muy poco recomendable

We can’t wait to go back

Fabulous room complete with a stone arch entry and a tiny balcony. Hope to stay there again. Very comfortable room. We ate on the plaza instead of the hotel and wished we had eaten at the hotel. The courtyard dining looked so relaxed yet elegant. Next time we will have dinner at the hotel.

Great hotel, right in the centre of Segovia, all sightseeing in walking distance. Parking of car is either taken care by the staff at reasonable price or you park yourself in one of the official parking places in town at cheaper rate organised by the hotel

Needs to clean because the smell

The first room 204, smelled horribly of tobacco. Second room was a bit better but no view. It needs a proper cleaning of curtains and beds. The smell was even in the pillows. Staff were very friendly.

Hôtel idéalement situé en plein centre historique. Tout est accessible à pied. Très très bonne prestation hôtelière, accueil et services irréprochables dans un lieu chargé d'histoire ou le modernisme a su trouver sa place. Une très bonne note aussi au restaurant. A recommander vivement.
