Spanning two levels, this stunning home was thoughtfully designed to maximize the surrounding scenery with soaring ceilings, walls of glass, oversized sliding doors, and expansive outdoor living spaces. Whether you`re enjoying sunrise coffee on the upper deck, gathering around the outdoor firepit, relaxing beside the pool, or unwinding in front of one of the home`s multiple fireplaces, every space is designed to bring Sedona`s beauty indoors.

The open-concept main living area serves as the heart of the home, featuring dramatic ceilings, comfortable seating, a fireplace, and floor-to-ceiling windows that frame the red rock landscape. Just beyond, the chef`s kitchen offers premium appliances, a large waterfall island with bar seating, two full-size refrigerators, a beverage station, ice maker, and everything needed for group meals and entertaining.

Adjacent to the kitchen, the dining area comfortably accommodates large gatherings while enjoying views of the surrounding scenery.

A private elevator provides convenient access between levels, making it easy to move luggage, groceries, or guests throughout the home.

The spa-inspired ensuite includes a soaking tub positioned beside oversized windows, a large walk-in shower, dual vanities, and incredible views.

Bedroom 2 (Upper Level)

Configured with two Twin XL beds that can be converted into a King upon request, this bright bedroom features a Smart TV, beautiful natural light, scenic views, and a private ensuite bathroom.

Bedroom 3 (Main Level)

King bedroom with Smart TV, private ensuite bathroom, and direct outdoor access.

Bedroom 4 (Main Level)

Another spacious King suite featuring a Smart TV, private ensuite bathroom, and comfortable accommodations for couples or individual guests.

Bedroom 5 (Main Level)

Perfect for kids, teens, or additional guests, this flexible suite features two Twin daybeds with two Twin trundles underneath, sleeping up to four guests. The room also includes a Smart TV, wet bar, private ensuite bathroom, and direct outdoor access.

Resort-Style Pool & Spa

The private pool and integrated spa create the perfect place to cool off while enjoying uninterrupted red rock views. Pool can be heated $100/day fee between April - September. $150/day between October-March. Please inform us at least 24 hours before if you want pool heat

Prepare meals at the built-in BBQ kitchen and gather around the large covered outdoor dining table for memorable dinners under the desert sky.

This home is located in the Chapel neighborhood in central Sedona. This area is renowned for its breathtaking vistas, proximity to iconic landmarks, and a peaceful atmosphere that beckons travelers seeking a rejuvenating escape. The neighborhood is home to the awe-inspiring Chapel of the Holy Cross, a modern architectural marvel that seems to emerge from the very rocks that surround it. Nature enthusiasts will be in their element here, as the area provides easy access to some of Sedona`s most acclaimed hiking trails. From the house, you can quickly access Cathedral Rock, Broken Arrow, Bell Rock, and Courthouse Butte, where panoramic views and mesmerizing landscapes await at every turn. In just a short drive, you can enjoy the restaurants and shops in Tlaquepaque Arts & Crafts Village, Uptown Sedona, and West Sedona.

It`s best to rent a car in Sedona. Uber & Lyft is limited in the area.

Due to our dark sky ordinance, outdoor lights must be turned off when you are not outside.

By law, this home may NOT be used for events, parties, or large gatherings.

We regularly see javelina, deer, skunks, and bobcats. Do not approach or feed these animals!
