This is our favorite place to stay in Sedona. We love how you have a separate bedroom. The pool and hot tube is great. Close to everything and you can walk to many restaurants and stores.

The stay was exactly what we were looking for. The staff welcomes people in as if they are regulars. Although the property was quite busy we always had parking availability within close proximity to our room. The somewhat outdated room was well cared for except for the cuisinart coffee machine. We could not get more than two cups of bland joe at a time. We did not bother to report until our departure because of the wide variety of brewers in the area. The pool area was clean and orderly. The large fitness center is stocked with new machines. If we return we will seek out this property again.

We would definitely return; great central location. The 2 bedroom helped our family spread out and not be on top of each other. Unit was clean and stocked of essentials. Property in general could be (cosmetically) updated and become quite luxurious! Given a full day of rain, we noticed a little leak and within minutes the maintenance team was at the door to look at it/address. External property grounds are pretty and well maintained.

It's a great location, and the pool and hot tub are well worth it. Upon arriving we were greeted with "welcome home" and come over here for your welcoming gift. The welcome gift was an aggressive pitch to go to a time share talk, see the Hilton renovations, and get discounts for activities we already had booked. It actually felt very unwelcoming. Then our bath drain broke, and maintenance didn't come when they said they would. We waited up for two hours. They did come the next day and fixed the problem quickly. There was often not parking near our unit so we had to park far away in the main lot and walk up to our unit. They informed us on the last day that we could request a ride from security carts if we called the main desk after parking the car. This would have been helpful to know the first day we were there. I did mention all these things and Edgar was very responsive. They reimbursed us resort fees to make up for some of the issues.

The front desk are terribly rude. I had a problem with my room I booked two queens as advertised thru photos on Expedia. Only to get a king and sofa bed. When I went to the front bed I was asked who I booked it thru when I said Expedia he was very quick to say well that’s what you get when booking with Expedia!!! I’m sure the hotel gets paid which in turn employees them so not sure why the rudeness. Said they don’t have rooms with two queens do why does Expedia advertise pictures of such room?
