Step through the front entryway into the spacious great room holding the living room, kitchen and dining area — with expansive windows to bring in those terrific views.

Living Room: The living room holds comfy furnishings, a gas fireplace, and hardwood floors throughout. The 50” Smart TV will let you enjoy your favorite shows. There is also a desk in case you need to get a little work done. Note: the fireplace is not operational.

Kitchen: The large kitchen space features new black stainless steel appliances, including a gas range. There is plenty of quartz counter space and a butcher-block island for meal prep and entertaining. Have a seat at the kitchen bar to chat with the chef of the group or to have a cocktail, snack or meal.

Dining area: The dining area offers seating for 10. This area also has tons of natural light and access to the private backyard.

Bedrooms/Bathrooms
Master Bedroom— King size bed, 45” Smart TV, walk-in closet, hardwood floors, and access to the backyard. The en suite has double vanities, a soothing soaking tub and a separate, large tile shower with multiple showerheads.

Bedroom 2 - King bed, 43” Smart TV, and hardwood floors. There is access to the shared full bathroom with a large tile shower.

Bedroom 3- Two Twin XL Beds (can be converted into a King by request and for an additional fee), 50" Amazon Fire Smart TV, hardwood floors and shares a full bath with bedroom 2.

Outdoor/Patio areas:
The backyard offers an abundance of serene spaces with lots of mature trees providing shade and privacy. Have a relaxing nap in the large hammock in the shade of those trees. Enjoy evenings in the lounge and dining areas complete with a fire pit, outdoor furnishings, a gas BBQ. There is also a wonderful hot tub and a soothing water feature, all with surrounding views.
