Our extensive and modernly equipped holiday apartment is located on the outskirts of Sebnitz, with direct access to the forest and signposted hiking trails.
Here you can leave everyday stress behind, enjoy peace and recharge your batteries.
Whether in the cozy living room or in good weather under the open sky at the grill.

Our apartment is an ideal starting point for hikes in Saxon and Bohemian Switzerland, as well as trips to our state capital Dresden or the Czech capital Prague.
Enjoy the Elbe Sandstone Mountains with their pearly rock formations, romantic forests and mystical valleys.
The center of Sebnitz, the bus station, the train station, the Haus der Kunstblume, the primeval park and other sights, as well as the border crossing to the Czech Republic are within walking distance.

Our apartment is 70 square meters, has two bedrooms, a large bathroom with corner bath and enough space for four people.
On request, we will be happy to provide you with a travel cot, high chair and baby bath.

We will be happy to help and advise you in order to prepare you a pleasant stay in Saxon Switzerland.

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt

Geräumig + hell, modern und gemütlich eingerichtet; sehr ruhige Lage

Sehr nette Vermieterin (wohnt oben im gleichen Haus), gute Raumaufteilung, sehr guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge. Sehr schöne Wohnung! Reichlich Sitzgelegenheiten, Kissen und kuschlige Wohndecken, hübsche und wohnliche Deko. In Kurtaxe ist Nahverkehrsticket enthalten - Busbahnhof mit guten Verbindungen in fußläufiger Entfernung, Wanderungen auch von der Wohnung aus möglich. Stadt Sebnitz nett, aber eher unspektakulär, alles Notwendige vor Ort (Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants etc). Vom Wohnzimmer aus Blick über Hallen auf den gegenüberliegenden Hang. Vom Gewerbegebiet bekam man nichts mit. Mehrere kostenfreie Parkplätze in der Nähe. Küche ist zum Kochen nur mit einem kleinen 2-Plattenherd und einer Mikrowelle bestückt, mit Kreativität haben wir aber auch alles gekocht, was mehr als 2 Töpfe verlangt. Normale Kaffeemaschine sowie Senseomaschine sind vorhanden, und alles Geschirr etc, was man im Urlaub benötigt. Einzig die Betten (Matratzen) fanden wir nur mäßig bequem.

Toller Urlaub

Wir (Familie mit zwei Teenies) haben einen sehr schönen Urlaub in Sebnitz verbracht. Die Ferienwohnung ist gemütlich, sauber und komfortabel. Sehr schönes Feriendomizil in guter Lage

Die Räume sind hell und sehr schön eingerichtet. Die Bilder entsprechen der Realität. In der Küche haben locker 4-6 Personen Platz. 2 getrennte Schlafzimmer sorgen für entspannte Nachtruhe. Nur 15 Minuten Fußweg bis zum Busbahnhof erschließen den Bereich der sächsischen Schweiz auch ohne Auto. Ausgeschilderte Wanderwege und reichlich Informationsmaterial im Wohnzimmer lassen Raum für individuelle Feriengestaltung. Die Gastgeber sind nett und gehen ( wenn erforderlich) auf individuelle Wünsche ein. Wir können diese Unterkunft uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt in der Stilvoll und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichteten Ferienwohnung in Sebnitz. Besonders toll fand unsere Tochter das Wohnzimmer. Genauso möchte sie ihr eigenes mal gestalten. Die Wohnung war top sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Vermieter sind super nett und sehr hilfsbereit. Schöner Urlaub

Einen schönen Herbsturlaub in Sebnitz

Es war eine tolle Unterkunft. Es passte einfach alles zusammen. Liebe, nette und aufmerksame Vermieter. In der Umgebung gute und leckere Restaurants und zum Wandern ein super Ausgangspunkt. Gerne kommen wir wieder hierher zurück.
