The host was fine. The house was spacious, clean, in a nice neighborhood and nicely decorated. However, it did lack a few minor supplies and amenities. There were no hand towels or washcloths in the bathrooms. The silverware was very minimal and I had to buy more spoons and left them there for the next guests. The washer made horrendous banging sounds when it went through a cycle and it took the cycle at least an hour to complete. Would give five stars except for these minor things.

Property was as advertised, very clean and very close to Sebastian area attractions and close to Headwaters Lake where we went twice for outstanding bass fishing. Property manager was easy to work with.

New Property, good time

Beautiful new construction home and nice added entertainment room. Comfortable beds, however missing some very basic living essentials that I hope they take into consideration and a few things that need fixed. Gave the owner very specific details. My family was very welcomed to the home, it was fun and I would stay again if we were in the area.
