This is a delightful spacious property which has been renovated to a high degree. The living area is comfortable, light and airy.
Location: In the centre of Beer Village only a few minutes walk down to the beach and beach cafes.
Accommodation; Step down into the spacious reception hall which has exposed brick work, a feature fireplace with logs, stripped floor boards, oak dresser, under stairs cupboard which houses the washer/dryer, ironing board and iron. This hallway is an ideal place to store your beach equipment, coats etc., or let children play.
Upstairs to: the bedrooms are spacious with stripped floors and rugs and a chair, Bedroom 1: King size oak bedstead with matching bedside tables, chest of drawers and hanging rail, pretty window overlooking the street. Bedroom 2. Is similar with a wardrobe. Bedroom 3 is a twin room with chest of drawers and hanging rail.
Family bathroom, very modern with bath and over bath shower, WC, twin wash basins.
Upstairs to: spacious open plan living/dining/kitchen area offering some excellent space to relax, cook and dine. Very well equipped kitchen consisting of halogen hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, Cafe Gusto coffee machine, butchers block with space to prepare your meals. There is a dining table and chairs. The sitting area has a leather sofa and chairs, TV with Freeview, DVD player iPod/docking station and Wi-Fi
