The rail on the deck should be higher, you could only see the whole ocean standing up, not sitting rail obstructed view. The fireplace didnt work. The heat was constant even though set at 55 room was too warm. They entry key didnt work got red about 5 or 6 swipes then it would turn green.

The hotel is under heavy construction so I think thats why we got a good deal. It overlooks the turn around which is very cool, but also very noisy.

Toilets are too low. Bathrooms need to be upgraded. Bed was too hard. No free breakfast like other hotels offer. Hot tub was nice but bottom of pool is too rough for the feet. Cold air from outside leaked thru bottom of door.

Let's start with checkin on Friday. The first room we were assigned was already occupied. The second room we were assigned was not made up yet. Since the housekeeping staff had left, the front desk person had to track down a maintenance person to make up the room. On sat night we returned to the room late (after 10 PM) when we tried to get into the room, the key cards didnt work. When i went to the front desk I was informed we were supposed to be in the first room we were assigned. I proceeded to explain to the manager what had transpired the previous day. he gave us new keys to the room and when we entered the room we found that the room had not been made up at all, the bed was not made and towels and in room coffee not refreshed. We also noticed a layer of dust on the lamps and counters. At this point we were so frustrated i wasnt about to go back down stairs to complain. Management had several opportunities to get it right and failed every time. Next time we are going to the Ebb Tide down the street.

The room was nice. The view was good, except that the roof that hang out in front of my room was awful. Filthy havac system and trashy looking. The property is doing extensive renovations so it was noisy and dirty all over the property. I would give this property a 2 star rating. $184.00 per night is WAY to expensive for the condition of the property

This was our 40th wedding anniversary so it was an important night for us. We traveled from Camas, WA to spend the night in Seaside. We choose Seaside because we spent our honeymoon in Seaside. I wasn't happy to see construction going on because I knew that meant noise. We wanted to see the beach and the first thing I noticed was the sliding door you couldn't see through the glass. We were happy to see how nice & clean our room was. We found the heater wasn't working very well & we were given a plug-in electric heater. We also found out the gas was turned off the fireplace which sucked. We were woken up at 2am by the Sherriff looking for some lady. Then at 6am the upstairs people's kids started running back & forth for hours. It was a ruff stay.
