This cozy home is just steps to the sandy beach and South Promenade near Surfer’s Cove. You’ll love the ocean views from the top floor and back deck used for gathering and outdoor BBQing. There's a game room in the basement with separate entry that has ping pong, foosball, a poker table, board games, a classic arcade table, a mini fridge, half-bath, and a den with TV. Lots of parking and enough space for 10 guests to spread out. It's a short walk to the grocery market where you can buy supplies or wood for a beach bonfire. Also close to great restaurants on Ave U where you can get a nice meal and a drink or two. You can take a nice ocean stroll to Broadway from this house that has all you need for a fun-filled beach getaway!

We had a great 3 night stay in this beautiful house! The beds were comfortable, the bunk room is a plus, loft area has a great view of the ocean which is were my 11 year old spent most of her time at and it was plenty spacious for 5 adults and 4 children. The game room was also a fun bonus. Close to the beach and a couple minutes to town. Our host Lawrence was extremely helpful and quick with responding. We will definitely stay here again.
