The hotel room was good, bed wasn’t horrible and the cleanliness was great. Our only complaint was with the fact that no one is on site after 10pm so noise complaints cannot be dealt with. If you want a hotel that is close to the beach and shops but can’t guarantee a good nights rest, this is the spot.

Nice place for the price. No air conditioning so it was a bit stuffy, they have portable fans in the room. But its right on the beach and limited to 21+, I really think this would be a good place to stay on the off season.

Spectacular view from my room, right across the sidewalk to the beach and just down from the center of the promenade. Friendly and helpful staff. Easy walk to everything I wanted to do in Seaside.

Great service

It was a nice stay with my family. Greg was attentive and when we needed something he got right on it and made sure we didn't need anything else. The room got very hot during the day with no AC, but cooled down quickly at night.

The room was very hot, with only a fan to cool the room. The bed was very firm. Room did not seem as advertised (esp. square footage). Only plus was it was right by the beach and a block away from the shopping.

No Air Flow

Comfortable beds, broken window that wouldn’t stay open without a screen, squeaky chair, paint on wood ceiling, nice view, decent coffee, clean bathroom.
