Great beach view location. We had 2 rooms. One king lower level and a rolm with 2 rooms , queens in both. Didn’t recall setting up that way but was perfect for the travel group.

Excellent location!

The location and parking was excellent! The ocean view was very nice! Despite being newly renovated, the room lacked comfort. The bed was very hard and there was no padding under the carpet.

This is our second time staying here. The location of this hotel is the reason we came back. Its right in front of the volleyball nets and two different beach access points. After a long day and night on the 4th of July it was so nice to have our room so close. Once we arrive we are able to park our cars and walk to all the shops and restaurants. The office staff as well as the grounds folks and cleaning staff are all helpful and attentive. There is a box fan in each room which I love to help with noise.We will be back!

Room was warm (no A/C), WIFI did not work, bathroom door was strangely very heavy, ground floor "ocean front view" is actually a "sand view" because there is just a sand hill outside the window. Front desk woman was incredibly rude. A lot of choices in Seaside, skip this one

Amazing location

The staff was amazing! We had a corner room right next to the aquarium with an amazing view of the ocean!. We were very impressed and the staff was great about answering questions. 10:10 will stay there again

We stayed during the week and were able to get a good price for a Deluxe Ocean View room. It is a typical motel room, amenity-wise- mini fridge, microwave, tv, comfy bed, etc. The bathroom had a walk-in shower that is on the small side, so maybe not ideal for larger humans. Phenomenal view! My only complaint about the room itself (and this is not exclusive to this motel, it happens everywhere) is that the light switches and door handles, and the walls around them, are dirty. Its kind of a turn off to a place after you've showered and are all fresh and clean then have to reach for a grimy handle or switch. Our check in process had a bump in it. Our room showed in the system as not ready 30 minutes after check in time. The sweet girl at the front desk couldnt get ahold of housekeeping to find out why, ended up running around the property to find someone to ask about it, and finally had to call her manager to find out what she needed to do (she is still new). Turns out housekeeping didnt update their system, our room was ready the whole time, and she felt really bad. She ended up giving us free passes to the Seaside Aquarium to help make up for the delay. But honestly that one-off check in mishap isnt enough to keep us from coming back. Its a nice, reasonably priced and well kept motel that is quiet and right on the beach. We'd use them again.
