Welcome to our newly renovated home!
This fully equipped 2 bedroom apartment with a large deck, grill and a shared yard has everything you need for a wonderful time at the shore. Just a short stroll (3 blocks) down the street will lead you to the Ferris Wheel at the boardwalk and pier as well as the beach, arcade, golf, go-carts and the waterpark. The dock on the bay is less than 5 minutes away where you can kayak, relax and watch wonderful sunsets in the evening (also visible from the deck). The tennis courts, outdoor gym and playground are a blick away. Many restaurants, bars and shops are within a short walking distance. Parking and 4 beach passes are included.
The apartment is located on the second floor and sleeps 6 with a queen bed in bed #1, a full/twin bunk bed in bed #2 and a pull out full sofa bed in the living room. It has central air, WiFi and cable.
We provide:
~ Towels and cotton linens with duvet comforters
~ Fully equipped kitchen with pots and pans, bowls, dishes, utensils, glasses, wine glasses, knives, Keurig coffee maker, toaster, microwave, dishwasher, oven and a refrigerator with ice and filtered water
~ Parking in front of the house for 1 car
~ Shared yard access
~ 4 beach badges (children under 12 are free)
~ Beach toys and storage for your beach chairs
~ Outdoor shower to rinse the sand off your feet and gear

**If you are traveling with a larger group, 2 apartments may be reserved together (if available) for a total of 4 bedrooms. Message me for availability and a discounted rate.


A few things to note...
Check-in is 4pm and check-out is 11am.
Any lost beach badges will incur a fee of $65 per badge.
Please note that many neighbors are year-round residents and guests must be respectful and keep noise at a moderate level. We ask for quiet after 10pm.
No fireworks are allowed in front of the house or in the backyard.
No smoking in the apartment, hallway or in the backyard (since it's shared).
No large groups or visitors are allowed.
Minimum age to rent is 25 and ID is required or you will not be checked in and any amount paid will be forfeited. The outside of the property is monitored.
