This Spinnaker Beach House has the perfect location. Situated just steps from Boardwalk 9 to Pelican Beach, you can walk to the sands to see the sun set over the Edisto River or the shrimp boats amble by with their day's catch. Ride your bikes or walk to the pools just .4 of a mile away. Enjoy drinks and dinner at the Pelican's Nest oceanfont restaurant (seasonal) or at the clubhouse. This townhome has been updated and offers a bright beachy atmosphere for your Seabrook Island holiday.
736 Spinnaker features light hardwood floors and remodeled kitchen, sunroom, and bathrooms. The open living area has floor to ceiling windows allowing light to stream. The blue and white furnishings invite you to relax while spending time with your family and friends. Enjoy the 48" HDTV. In the evening you can log in to your Netflix account. You can also use the DVD player to watch your own movies. Gather around the wicker dining table while enjoying a meal prepared in your renovated kitchen. The kitchen boasts white cabinetry, granite counters, hardwood flooring, and stainless steel appliances. There is plenty of space for multiple chefs to work together. A full size washer and dryer are available for your use. Barbecue on the gas grill while enjoying a cool drink around the table on the deck just off the kitchen and dining area. Connecting to the kitchen is a sunroom with a full size sleeper sofa, cushioned wicker seating and a fun beach decor. This is a great space for the kids to play a game or to enjoy quiet conversation with your guests.
There is a bedroom on the 1st floor and an adjacent full, renovated bath. The bedroom has a queen four poster bed, a twin trundle bed with bright coral and white decor, HDTV, and opens into the sunroom. The bathroom is just steps away and features a beautiful vanity with granite countertop, stone tile flooring, and a shower/tub. Head upstairs to the 2nd bedroom which has a king bed, reading chair, HDTV, and access to two sun decks. One of these decks has views to the ocean where it meets the Edisto River. There is a large walk-in closet and an en suite bathroom has a separate vanity area and a large tiled shower.

Gate passes are $45/ vehicle. This charge applies if you are staying 1 night – 179 nights. If you are staying more than 179 nights, there is a different charge. LSV (Low Speed Vehicle) RENTALS PERMITTED at this property. An LSV requires the use of one of the gate passes included in the maximum number of vehicles passes. Requirements for LSVs Must be registered and insured, have a 17-digit VIN and display an LSV license plate, display a valid SIPOA entry pass issued specifically to that vehicle. Drivers must have a valid driver's license. No off-road tires allowed Usage Restrictions: For street use only. No use on bicycle paths, walking paths, golf course cart paths, boardwalks, or beaches. Amenity Cards are required to use the Seabrook Island Club and SIPOA Lake House facilities. This property includes access to the Club amenities: the Beach Club oceanfront pools (seasonal), Pelican's Nest outdoor restaurant/bar (seasonal), Island House restaurant/bar, golf and tennis. Additional fees are charged for all activities except outdoor pool usage. The Club Amenity Card also allows access to the Lake House facilities (outdoor pool/no fees; indoor pool/fitness center/fees apply). Amenity cards are arranged through the Seabrook Island Amenity office.

Cancellation Policy: If you cancel more than 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival date, you receive your funds back, minus $250. If you cancel within 30 days of your arrival date, you lose your funds. If able to re-book it, you will receive what we rent it for, minus the $250. Feel free to ask any other questions you may have.
For monthly winter rentals the policy is as follows: For cancellation made up to 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less a $250.00 cancellation fee. For cancellations made less than 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, all monies are forfeited. If able to rent the contracted dates after a cancellation, Guest will be refunded an amount equal to new rental rate minus the $250 Cancellation Fee. The amount refunded is not to exceed the amount paid by the Guest under the terms of the Rental Agreement.
