It has a vaulted, beadboard ceiling, custom built in bookcases, quality furnishings, new wood flooring, a full size sleeper sofa, and a flat screen TV with sound bar. The entry hall and kitchen have a stylish blue and white tile flooring that really adds to the decor of this villa. The kitchen has gorgeous blue granite countertops and is really well-stocked and well-appointed for in house dining. The ceiling was raised and there is a raised bar on the dining side. The laundry center is located in the pantry off the kitchen.

The bedroom suite features a high quality king mattress for a great night's sleep. New wood flooring and stylish decor complete this stylish bedroom with a ceiling fan to keep fresh air circulating and a TV for in room entertainment.
