Both have two queen beds and sliding doors leading to the expansive deck. Each has an en suite updated full bath. Highlights include tile flooring, a tiled shower, wainscot paneling, and a granite topped vanity. There is a separate sink making it easy for guests to get ready at the same time. This villa also has a stacked washer/dryer in the laundry closet.

The Club Amenity Card also allows access to the Lake House facilities (outdoor pool/no fees; indoor pool/fitness center/fees apply). Additional fees are charged for all activities except outdoor pool usage.

This villa is ideally located across the street from the Island House, Beach Club pools, golf courses, and beach. If you are traveling to Seabrook for a wedding, the Atrium villas are a short walk from the popular Ocean Terrace venue. Families will love the convenient location!
