Very close to everything Hong Kong has to offer and very easy to get to.

Room service is only open for orders until 9:30pm so We had to go out and find some food, It would be nice to have a 24/7 food service to be more convenient, Staff are helpful though and over all our stay was quite good 👍

What a fabulous hotel, meticulously kept and very professional. Check in was delightful and in entering our room, it was stunning. We had the harbour view with balcony. We paid a little extra for the party package and that certainly was worthwhile. Excellent amenities with that lovely Disney feel. Room service was amazing so we decided to have this every night! Our five day stay could not be faulted. A special thank you to the staff who arranged my hospital trip for my eye early morning - they certainly go the extra mile at this hotel. Hotel was beautiful and the view spectacular. Everything very clean. We stayed 4 nights and a few things that we felt need improvement on were 1. Pillow yes only 1 for a big bed was very uncomfortable and so was the bed we had. We had 2 beds both of us had sore backs. 2. Staff were helpful but many didn’t understand English so we found it hard to communicate. 3. Tv Chanel’s were all hard to use and only found one in English. Maybe a movie Chanel for English speaking guests would be helpful. 4. A desk with knowledge of day tours etc for tourists would also be useful as we knew nothing about what was around to do and staff didn’t understand what we wanted. 5. Other guests were also very noisy while we were there with kids running up and down hallway late at night.
