OVERALL PLEASANT

The one thing that was the most irritating was the tub. I feel confident that it has to do with the way it was installed. Water continuously poured over the front edge & onto the floor. I did sleep well while there, so the king size bed was surprisingly comfort. This particular Red Roof is making changes in the right direction.

Check in was easy, staff member at check in was perfectly cordial. The room however was a huge letdown. Had I not been exhausted and noticed how poor the housekeeping was, we would not have stayed the night. We were only staying long enough to sleep a few hours while traveling. Cleanliness was absolutely unacceptable. The toilet behind the toilet seat was unclean as pictured prior to use. The shower bar had black mold that I was able to easily wipe of with tp. If I could wipe it away so easily, it clearly hadn’t been cleaned. Brown streaks on the walls by the tp dispenser that I HOPE aren’t what they looked like. There were marks on the mirror so it obviously hadn’t been cleaned well. I also found a massive cockroach (legit appx 1.5 inches long) by the ac unit as we were leaving. Never again!

I hoped to be ground level because of health if you can call cereal or a waffle breakfast with a lot of people waiting to use one waffle maker.totally dissgusted in the breakfast
