The first room I was given smelled like smoke but was a “non-smoking” room. The second room had bedbugs and when I was offered a new room I left and asked for a refund. The team at Expedia has still not been able to get ahold of them which is a massive disappointment.

Hotel staff was wonderful and accomodating, even when our reservation was "cancelled" even after the fact of maintaining contact with the front desk throughout the night, it was somehow cancelled, but the gentelman at the front desk, upon arrival was more than helpful and had managed to get things squared away where we were not inconvienced at all.
