Hot water was slow to get hot. Paint chipping in bathroom and bathroom door, some of the grout in bathroom needs refreshing. Clean and otherwise comfortable, breakfast was good, staff friendly.

The room was spacious. It might be just because it is an old building but somethings could be better. First thing, there was poop smeared on the bathroom wall. The bathtub had the remnants of a bath mat with no bath mat. The shower head was coming out both the tub and shower head. It was hard to take a shower when the pressure was half. My kids were very excited to swim but it was way too cold. I understand it’s cold outside so it would be cold inside but the pool was freezing. Sad to say wasn’t the worst experience just small things.

My room was it cleaned on Monday after I had been there since Sunday. Window had old bugs in it. I found them when I opened the shade. The ceiling above the left of the bed has water damage. The bathroom had lady bugs. Towels were not clean. Sheets were not clean.

Our previous stays here have been great but this room had terribly firm beds. The one my child stayed in sounded like the frame would collapse with every move and the door had a large gap allowing light/noise from the hallway in all night.
