'DONNALUCATA Holiday Home' welcomes its guests to a residence located right on the sea, in a stunning and unique setting between the Irminio River Nature Reserve and the seaside village of Donnalucata.
The most sought-after destinations showcasing our region’s artistic and cultural heritage—such as Scicli, Modica, and Ragusa Ibla—are easily accessible.
Looking further afield, the Donnalucata holiday home serves as an excellent starting point for excursions to the magnificent archaeological sites of Syracuse on the eastern side of the island and the Valley of the Temples in Agrigento on the western side. Heading inland, other easily accessible destinations include Piazza Armerina, home to the famous Villa del Casale, or Caltagirone, known for its artistic ceramics. And then there’s the sea—our sea—to be enjoyed year-round by those who windsurf, kiteboard, canoe, or sail, but also simply for strolling (the beaches are endless) or for an off-season swim!
We want our guests to discover a Sicily full of colours, flavours, nature, and art.
The apartment is part of a family villa with a separate entrance.
On the ground floor, the villa is occupied year-round by the owner’s sister, who lives there with her family and her three little dogs.
The apartment is located on the ground floor, with a separate entrance and a private garden. It consists of a living area with a kitchenette and a spacious living room that opens onto a beautiful terrace with a sea view, and a sleeping area with two bedrooms—one double and one triple—both with en-suite bathrooms.
Outside, the side garden offers a pleasant spot to relax and enjoy the sea view, while the porch at the entrance provides parking for your car.
During these challenging times, we want to reaffirm that hygiene has always been a top priority in our home! You’ll find the entire house thoroughly sanitised after every guest departure.
