Our country house is in a very quiet but central location. In summer we are the ideal starting point for hiking, biking or climbing tours. Golfers can reach the first tee of the Uderns golf course on foot. If you prefer water sports, the Achensee offers a varied program!
In winter, the ski areas Hochzillertal, Spieljoch and Hochfügen can be easily reached by ski bus.

Die Wohnung war so wie auf den Bildern, alles vorhanden und sehr sauber. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und von unserem Balkon hatte man einen herrlichen Blick ins Zillertal. Die Wohnung können wir ohne Bedenken empfehlen.

Charmante, gmeütliche Ferienwohnung zum genießen

Wir sind über Booking auf das Landhaus Linden gestoßen und haben uns für die Ferienwohnung Paula entschieden. Vorab gab es seitens Booking einen Buchungsfehler, welcher von Frau von der Linden schnell und unkompliziert behoben wurde. Nach unserer Anreise stand die Ferienwohnung prompt zur Verfügung und man fühlt sich gleich beim Eintreten sehr wohl! Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und sehr gemütlich eingerichtet. Auch wenn es keine super moderne Wohnung ist, hat es uns für unseren Aufenthalt sehr gefallen und wir werden, wenn es sich ergibt gerne wiederkommen. Die Lage ist etwas außerhalb, daher sehr ruhig. Einkaufsmöglichkeit (Spar) ist fußläufig in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Der Ortskern mit Cafe und drei Restaurants ist ebenfalls fußläufig in etwa 10 Minuten erreicht. Die Ferienwohnung liegt so, dass man auch Wanderungen Richtung bspw. Spieljoch starten kann, allerdings sind wir meist Richtung Mayrhofen gefahren (ca. 25 Minuten, je nach Verkehr). Allerdings haben die näher gelegenen Orte Fügen und Zell auch viel zu bieten. Ein rundum gelungener Urlaub mit sehr netter Vermieterin!

Bei unserem Aufenthalt über die Osterfeiertage hatte sich das Wetter von seiner besten Seite gezeigt und auch das Appartmenet im Landhaus ist sehr gemütlich. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, Frau von der Linden hat uns freundlichst empfangen. Alles war sehr sauber und gepflegt.

Wir haben die Ferienwohnung für 4 Tage gemietet. Sie ist super ausgestattet, war sehr sauber. Top! Der Ort ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen und Ausflüge in der Umgebung.
