Quaint apartment in farmhouse

Our holiday home Bergwelt-M is a 300 year old farm with a farmhouse, barn and stable (which is no longer used) in Schröcken am Arlberg in a quiet location with a view of the mountains. In the farmhouse you will find several renovated and very well equipped apartments and 3 double rooms sharing a communal kitchen with a large living room (if you are interested, please contact us). In the barn will soon be luxurious and fully equipped caravans with a carefree sanitary comfort under the slogan "barn camping" to rent.


The apartment "Apart EC" is equipped as follows:
- 1 bedroom with double bed and flat-screen TV
- 1 living room with box spring couch, which can also be used as a bed for up to 2 people (lying area 1.60 m wide)
- 1 kitchen with sitting area, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster
- 1 bathroom with bath and shower
- 1 separate toilet
- ceiling height: 182-204cm
- Note: Please note that the bedroom is adjacent to a general room and the underlying heating system is clearly audible.


There is free Wi-Fi, as well as bed linen, towels and a starter set of Nespresso capsules for a good start to your vacation. The kitchens are fully stocked with dish soap, dishcloths, bags, tea towels, kitchen towels, etc. Everything you need for everyday life, is on site.


There is also an additional guest tax, which must be paid in cash or in advance by bank transfer:

Children from 3 - 13 years: 0,60 Euro / person / night
