Je vous recommande fortement cette location. Décoré avec beaucoup de goût,ce studio est d'une propreté irréprochable. Tout le nécessaire est présent en autre un lave-linge et même une glacière.... La localisation vos permet de naviguer facilement autour de l'île. Quant aux propriétaires, nous les avons trouvés bien sympathiques avec de très bonnes attentions pour nous Allez y!

Un séjour adorable

M. PRUDENT nous a fait un accueil très chaleureux. Il nous a présenté tous les équipements du logement et nous a même apporté des accras et du planteur. La description de la location était tout à fait précise et l'appartement était très propre et bien entretenue. La terrasse a lieu au plein coeur d'une belle végétation ou on peut très bien se reposer. Schoelcher, ou l'appartement se trouve, est un bon point de départ pour des excursions diverses sur l'île et une jolie plage se trouve à cinq minutes avec une voiture. On recommande cet appartement. Merci!

La résidence est tout d'abord bien placée à 5 minutes de Fort de France (avec et sans embouteillage), aux portes des belles plages du nord de la Martinique Le CARBET, St PIERRE, proche de toutes commodités (Grandes surfaces, restaurants…) On dit que la première impression est toujours la bonne, je peux dire qu'elle s'est bien confirmée pour l'appartement que nous avons loué(T2). L'appartement est digne d'une suite grand standing, entièrement carrelé, avec une finition méticuleuse, une décoration de très bon gout et une propreté irréprochable, tout cela permet de se sentir tout de suite bien dans cet appartement. La chambre est pratique avec des espaces de rangements complets, une climatisation et un ventilateur. La salle de bain qui est propre et pratique avec comme toutes les pièces des rangements adaptées. Une bonne connexion Wifi, même une glacière était présente (pratique pour les pique nique), une cuisine complète... Avec leur bon accueil, Les propriétaires savent se montrer disponibles (sur place) tout en restants discrets. Pour faire l'exigeant, je pourrais dire qu'il manquerait une table basse. Je le recommande sans la moindre hésitation…

Bonne description de la location et de sa situation. Location très propre et bien entretenue. Bons conseils de la part des propriétaires. Nous avons adoré le restaurant "Chez Claudia". Très original et tranquille. Prix correct, bonne cuisine, salle "les pieds dans l'eau". Un peu à l'écart, près du dépôt de bus de Fort de France, on a un peu tourné pour le chercher, mais ça valait le coup, car nous y sommes retournés. Les jardins de Balata, la fondation Clément, Saint Pierre...les plages. Attention à la conduite sur route, rester vigilant...
