Loved the dinner and surroundings. Room good clean. A bit datesd. Bathroom clean but moldy edges. Breakfast not very good, cost €15. It had probably sitting for 2 hours. Nothing fresh made.

I paid 40 euros cash on arrival and now just looked to see you have charged me again on my cars. Absolute disgrace.

Nice restaurant and quaint out of the way hotel

Very nice. The staff was nice and helpful. A little over worked but attentive. Breakfast was very good for free. Excellent German food at the restaurant and a playground for the kids. Only negative was the room was not smoke free but we opened the window to the fresh air. This was just an overnight stay on our trip but would go back if nothing else just for the food. We had six different entrees and all were excellent along with strawberry cake.

A blast from the past

I remember hitching around Germany 30 years ago and finding places like this and it hasn't been updated since then! Bedroom spacious but minimal, reasonably well cleaned; some ancient IKEA furniture. At least it had two comfortable chairs- British hotels please copy. The rest very twee and over-decorated in a style that could have been Hollywood's idea of German hotel interiors. The hotel manager was magnificent but probably dead of exhaustion by the time you arrive. She was waiter, reception and the only one who could handle the Visa machine, so to bed at 0230 to be up at 0600 for checkout, but still wonderfully attentive. My satnav could not handle the address for the hotel at all but it is very convenient for Kiel and Rendsburg or as a stop over on the way to Denmark.

Er was geen mogelijkheid om gebruik te maken van een shuttle bus richting de cruiseterminal. Wij hebben gebruik moeten maken van een taxi. Misschien moet de tekst op de website aangepast worden hierop.

Meine Buchung wurde durch sie bestätigt, jedoch wurde mir bei Check in gesagt,dass diese abgelehnt wurde (durch das Hotel) und außerdem das EDV System abgestürzt ist. Ein einchecken war angeblich nicht möglich (lt. Hotel Mitarbeiter). Alternativ mußte ich ein Angebot in Kiel für 149 € annehmen.

Der Schimmel im Badezimmer gab uns den Rest. Die Zimmer sahen überhaupt nicht aus wie auf den Fotos. Der Preis ist in keinsterweise gerechtfertigt.

Service and dinner was good. Room was very low standard and had no hairdryer or toiletries as was written in the hotel website. Breakfast was not good,not much to choose from . Sorry but will not stay here again.

Uoversiktlig å finne resepsjonen. Oppusset eldre bygning. Nyere gjesterom. Kloakk lukt i rommet som ved utilstrekkelig avløp. Skjøtledinger på kryss og tvers, også over radiator. Hard seng. Wifi forsvant. Mobildata signal svakt. Ok kveldsmat. Grei frokostbuffé. Hyggelig buffet. Greit personale, snakket litt engelsk.
