You’ll be staying in a ground-floor apartment with a large terrace and garden.<br>The open-concept dining and living area, at over 60 square metres, offers plenty of space for cosy indoor living. It features a smart TV, an electric fireplace, and a reading nook stocked with plenty of books. <br>The kitchen is also fully equipped, including a dishwasher. <br>There are 3 bedrooms, 2 of which also have smart TVs. <br>The bathroom is spacious, with 2 sinks, a bathtub, a shower, a toilet, and a bidet. Towels are provided in the chest of drawers. There is also a guest bathroom.<br><br>In the garden, you can relax on the large patio or at the grill area. <br><br>Important Notes!!!!<br>1. We have not installed any safety measures for small children, so we recommend our apartment only for school-aged children and older.<br>2. Please note that we do not accept commercial bookings (e.g., contractors).<br><br>We live on the ground floor of the house, so we’re easily accessible.<br><br>The house is located near the river meadows, surrounded by fields, forests, and meadows. A NABU nature reserve is located right behind the house. And right in front of you lies the Odenwald, with plenty of sights to see.<br>If you’d like to leave your car behind for a change, just walk 200 metres around the corner to the S1 train stop. It will take you, for example, to the half-timbered town of Mosbach or further on to Heidelberg or Mannheim. <br>Would you like to go hiking? Then just open the door and set off—no matter which direction you choose—it’s beautiful all around.<br>Maybe you’d like to bike through the beautiful Schefflenz Valley. <br>Or you can enjoy the large garden.... whatever excites you—let’s go!?

Rustig, compleet en vriendelijke ontvangst.

Wanneer je een rustige omgeving zoekt is dit een prima adres. Goed bereikbaar. Je kunt er mooie fietstochten maken, verwacht onderweg geen horeca. In het appartement vind je meer dan voldoende ruimte en een mooi terras. De gastvrouw is heel vriendelijk en dringt zich niet op. Het sanitair is meer dan ok. Het is ons (2x 70) zeer goed bevallen.

Natur, Ruhe und Komfort

Wenn man die Ruhe in der Natur sucht, ist man in diesem liebevoll und modern eingerichtetem Domizil genau richtig! Bei Sonne bietet die angeschlossene, möblierte Terrasse ein lauschiges Plätzchen. Auch bei schlechtem Wetter findet man in den geräumigen Wohnbereichen (!) viel Platz und gemütliche Kuschel(d)ecken. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr herzlich und wir haben uns pudelwohl gefühlt!!

Eine sehr schöne Wohnung. Mit viel Liebe zum Detail gestaltet. Dazu noch eine herrliche Terrasse mit einem wunderbaren Ausblick. Eine Küche, in der nichts fehlt. Was will man mehr. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Relax im Odenwald

Wir waren zu fünft in der geräumigen Fewo, die in schöner Umgebung am Ortsrand liegt. Die Whg. Ist umfangreich ausgestattet, hat mehrere Sitz Möglichkeiten, so dass man sich auch mal zurückziehen kann. Schöne Terrasse mit Blick auf Wiesen und Felder. Nur wenige Minuten entfernt ist der S-Bahn Anschluss. Die Vermieterin hatte immer ein offenes Ohr für uns. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Geruhsamer Urlaub

Wir haben uns sehr wohl in dieser großen, modernen Wohnung gefühlt. Da die Lampe über dem Esstisch von einem Vormieter kaputttgemacht wurde, haben wir uns mit einer Kerze beholfen, was ganz gut ging. Die Vermieterin war sehr nett, hat uns mit Weintrauben iherer gegenüberwohnenden Schwägerin und einer Flasche Wein beglückt. Nachdem sie in Urlaub gefahren war, war ihr Sohn Ansprechpartner. Wunderschöne Mittelgebirgslandschaft mit hübschen Orten. Kein Restaurant fußläufig zu erreichen.

Urlaub abseits von Stress und Hektik

Die Wohnung eignet sich durch die ruhige Lage (Sackgasse) bestens für einen entspannten und erholsamen Urlaub. Bei gutem Wetter lädt der Garten mit schöner Terasse und Hängematte zum Chillen ein und in der Wohnung gibt es genügend Ecken zum Lesen oder dem Zeitvertreib bei Film und Fernsehen. Ein Pkw ist erforderlich, doch damit sind Einkaufsmöglichkeiten schnell zu erreichen und die Umgebung zu erkunden. Sehr nette Vermieterin im Haus, deren Hilfe jederzeit in Anspruch genommen werden kann.
