Overall enjoyed our time there. Description said English/ German. After receiving the contract in German, I asked 4 times for it to be sent in English, never was. Property could have used some fans.

Great apartment in a lovely quiet village and central location

Delighted with our lovely warm and welcoming apartment. Well equipped modern kitchen / living area and plenty bedrooms with ensuite showers. Sheffau is a small village, but only a short drive to all Ski Welt areas and it has its on local shops (Spar supermarket, sit in bakery, traditional Austrian restaurant and ski hire). Ideal for families.

A very comfortable stay in the beautiful small town of Scheffau. The house was great for our family!

Haus Kristall provided a wonderful place to stay during our time in the Wilder Kaiser area. Esther was very responsive and accommodating with our booking, and Caroline and Mike were very helpful locally during our stay. The apartment we were in has 5 good sized bedrooms and a large living area with functional kitchen. The views off both balconies north and south were fabulous. The centre of Scheffau is just a leisurely walk down the road, and there are trails to walk right on the doorstep. We loved our stay there and would recommend it to others.

Lovely big modern flat in nice location

Super very large flat top floor of three similar ones I think. Huge and good value compared to others that we viewed. Only marred by no air con or fans and it was sweltering but it’s that nice id still give it 5 stars despite this. Really felt we fell lucky on this place after looking at a lot online high spec finish .

Almost everything you need

We had the pleasure of spending a few days at this wonderful place. It was comfortable with plenty of baths for the guests. Loved the village and the restaurants and market that was close by. Easy commute to Salzburg, Chiemsee and anywhere else that you might want to go. Caroline and Mike at Chateau Heidi were wonderful in checking us in and making sure we had everything we needed. My only recommendation to the owners would be that they advertise they speak several languages but the contract and information papers were in German. My German is passable, but not adequate for contracts. They need to have the contracts and information papers in all the languages that they advertise.

Het was een heerlijke week. Wij waren met 5 volwassenen en 3 kinderen. Het huis is perfect en van alle gemakken voorzien e 4 slaapkamers hebben alle een badkamer De woonkamer met een volledig ingerichte keuken. Daarbij nog 1 aparte WC en een aparte badkamer. Balkon rondom het appartement. De ligging van de woning is in het centrum. Met de bus of de auto ben je zo bij de skilift. Hartelijk dank voor een hele fijne vakantie!!!

Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist sehr gut. Vor allem die gut ausgestattete Küche mit dem großen Esstisch hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Angenehm ist auch, dass zu allen Zimmern ein Bad mit Toilette gehören. Der Empfang war sehr nett, und auf Fragen hat der Gastgeber immer schnell geantwortet. Die Nähe zur Bushaltestelle für den Skibus ist auch sehr von Vorteil. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Eine hervorragend ausgestattet Ferienwohnung für eine große Familie. Wir waren mit den Kindern und Enkelkinder da. Die Lage ist sehr schön und alle Wünsche ( kinderbetten,kinderhochstühle wurden erfüllt). Einzige kleine Kritik die Sauberkeit.....sollte dem putzteam mal weitergegeben werden.

Ganz gut, aber das Wetter war sehr regnerisch. Die Wohnung war gut, allerdings darf die Bettwäsche mal erneuert werden, da sie teilweise Löcher hatte. Sonst war alles in der Wohnung vorhanden.

Es war sehr schön in der Ferienwohnung. Wir waren zu acht . Mit Oma‘s und Opa‘s, 2 Kindern und deren Eltern. Trotz teilweise sehr schlechten Wetter konnten wir uns in der Wohnung gut beschäftigen. Spitze ausgestattet.

Schöne große Wohnung mit Gemeinschaftsraum und Zimmer für jeden mit Dusche und WC. Checkin und Checkout unkompliziert und freundlich. Die Küche hat alles was man braucht. Selbst Kuchen backen klappt. Kurze Strecken in die Kaiserbergwelt mit wunderschönen Erlebniswelten am Berg.
