Perfect for couples' getaways or family holidays, Beach View sleeps up to four guests and boasts on-site parking, a patio and a great location in Osgodby close to all of the local amenities and the resort of Scarborough. When staying at Beach View, you’ll also have access to an on-site beach.

The Space:
Beach View has a spacious open plan living and dining area. Comfortable and homely, the living space includes two leather sofas, a flat screen TV and stunning sea views making it a great place to unwind. The dining area features a wooden table and matching chairs.

Fully equipped, the kitchen benefits from modern appliances and cookware so you can prepare meals easily.

You’ll find two bedrooms at Beach View. Both bedrooms are tranquil spaces with homely cream walls, crisp white bed linens and comfy double beds.

Outside you’ll find a private patio with a bench overlooking the North Sea down below. A great space for enjoying the fresh sea air with your loved ones, this patio is a real added bonus!

When staying at Beach View, you will also have access to an on-site beach and community facilities shared with other properties on the site.

Host & Stay are committed to our owners that their homes are protected during guest bookings. For this reason, we require all our guests to transfer a Damage Deposit (refundable, subject to an administration charge) or, to purchase an Accidental Damage Waiver which will cover you for up to £500.00 of accidental damage during your stay.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the full property. The keys to Beach View are accessed via a key safe box, and full details will be provided prior to your arrival.

Private on-site parking is available for one vehicle.

A maximum of two well-behaved dogs are welcome to stay at Beach View per reservation.
