Check in process was great. The key was in the key safe and the code was given on time, first impressions of the apartment was great, i emailed on the first night to ask how to work the heating as i did what it said in the book but it didnt work, about 30 mins later a lady rang me and i told her what the problem was, she apologised and explained that there was no one to come out as it was later on in the evening and would it be ok if someone came round the next day... i said this was fine, we were there for 5 nights so there was no urgency of someone coming out that night. No one came at all throughout our stay. The dishwasher didnt wash the dishes properly so we hand washed them, the tablet was still in the drawer after it had finished, the shower was not great at all, the tray filled up with water very quickly so had to turn it off whilst showering so the water could drain, then re start the shower to continue showering and the bathroom smelt damp all the time. The view was stunning and the beds were very comfortable, and the bedding was very clean. There was no tin opener or potato masher at the property so would advise to take them with you. A few of the towels and the dining chair covers had stains on them. Despite the few hiccups we had a lovely time.
