Private: beautiful, well-kept terraced garden (not fenced) with lawn and flowers. Terrace (45 m2), garden furniture, barbecue house. In the complex: washing machine (for shared use). 350 m long steep, narrow motor access (via unmade road). Parking at the house. Shop 4 km, grocery 4 km, supermarket 4 km, restaurant 4 km, bar 4 km, thermal baths "Saturnia" 30 km.
