The room is clean and spacious. The hotel is just next to a large shopping mall which makes it easy to find eateries and to do some shopping. Staff is helpful

We stayed one night in this hotel and it was in a very good location for sights, shopping and food. The room was average (superior twin with club access) and not as big as I had thought from the photos. It was clean and had amenities - although the fridge was not very cold. Club room access was not worth the extra as there were no alcholic drinks. Overall perhaps a bit overpriced for the room we had.

The room had mold spots everywhere and smelled of mold. Room was small and stuffy/damp. Beds were super hard. Sheets, pillows, mattress covers and mattress all had old stains- looked like blood/sweat- so gross! Breakfast was bland, small selection. All this cost $200 USD per night. Never stay here.

Huge rooms at affordable rates. 5 mins walk from JR nagasaki (have to walk through 2 malls). 3 mins walk to trams. Excellent service - even talked us through major tourist destinations around nagasaki with a map. It is located at a rather dated building - rooms could be cleaner (cleanliness 8/10). Toilet seats aren’t heated.

Very nice place to stay while visiting Nakasaki.

The hotel counter staffs are pretty nice and very helpful !!! They helped us solved the night view shuttle problem because of the language barrier. The lady, I forget her name, speaks English language fluently and always with smile .. very nice experience while we stay in New Nagasaki Hotel.
