Check in staff were so amazing. When ordering a cab, they would come out and make sure the driver knew where we were going. Only unfortunate thing is the area is undergoing demolition of the neighboring mall. Not much around the property. But still a nice view

Excellent experience from check-in to check-out. Receive by staff at level 1 entrance, guided to Level 2 check-in and staff show us to our rooms. Super friendly and room is very clean and very nice. Lovely sea view and so convenient.

The service and staff were amazing. Asami and Hiroki at the service desk were always helpful with all of our requests. We felt like royalty as guests the whole time we were there. We would like to sincerely thank all the staff for the great service. We will be back. The location next to the factory outlet shops and marina meant that we had a variety of options for restaurants and shopping. The room was comfortable and very clean and quiet with an amazing view of the water and city. Despite the scare of the Caronavirus all the care was taken with hygiene and work place safety. We never felt compromised as guests. I must say we felt so safe at the hotel and very happy. Thank you again for all your kindness and special attention. I wish there were more hotels like yours world wide. Best Regards Ant and Lisa

Away from the hustle & bustle of city. A nice retreat with bay view. Quiet and really nice change from usual hotel stay. Next to Outlet mall with shops selling branded items and lots of eating options. A 8-10 minute drive to nearest Marine Town Shopping Mall with more shopping choices.

Shop till you drop

The hotel is located next to the bay and shopping outlet, which is not far away from the city center. We spent more than a day there and found many bargains at the outlet. Notice there is an arcade right across from the hotel which kids can also spend a great deal of time on crane games and video games.
