Floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors open the living room to a private terrace where your plunge pool, outdoor seating, and tropical surroundings naturally become part of the living space. Whether you're enjoying breakfast outside, cooling off after the beach, or relaxing with an evening drink, the terrace invites you to spend as much time outdoors as in.



Inside, the open-concept layout creates an easy gathering place for couples, friends, or families. The fully equipped kitchen flows into the dining and living areas, while two comfortable bedrooms and two full bathrooms provide privacy when it's time to unwind.



Beyond your residence, Caivama offers a thoughtfully designed collection of shared amenities, including rooftop infinity pools overlooking the Pacific, an adults-only pool and bar, jacuzzi, yoga studio, fitness center, co-working lounge, family pool, and welcoming gathering spaces. Together, they complement the comfort of your private residence while placing you just a short walk from Sayulita's beach, restaurants, shops, and vibrant culture.



Guest Access:

Guests enjoy exclusive use of the entire residence, including the private terrace and plunge pool.



You'll also have access to Caivama's shared amenities, including the rooftop infinity pools, adults-only rooftop pool and bar, jacuzzi, fitness center, yoga studio, co-working lounge, family pool, lobby lounge, and surfboard storage. Please note that some rooftop areas are reserved for guests 18 and older.



The Neighborhood:

Caivama is perched on the hillside above Sayulita, offering a peaceful setting that's still within easy walking distance of the town's beaches, restaurants, cafés, boutiques, and lively central plaza. Spend the day surfing, browsing local artisan shops, or enjoying the town's vibrant dining scene before returning to the quieter atmosphere of your hillside residence.



Getting Around:

Most guests find that walking is the best way to experience Sayulita. The beach, plaza, restaurants, coffee shops, and markets are all just a few minutes away on foot. Golf carts are available to rent throughout town if you'd prefer not to walk the hills, and airport transportation can be arranged before your arrival.

Parking

Caivama does not offer on-site parking for cars or golf carts, and golf cart charging is not available within the community. If you plan to rent a vehicle or golf cart, we'll gladly provide nearby parking recommendations before your arrival.

Caivama is a boutique residential community where shared amenities are enjoyed by both owners and guests. We ask everyone to be respectful of neighbors and community spaces so all can enjoy a peaceful stay.



Location

Sayulita is a lively beach town. Depending on the season, music and community events may occasionally be heard throughout the area.
