Welcome to La Fleur de Savignac, a charming countryside property located close to Duras in Lot et Garonne. This spacious and comfortable three bedroom dwelling has the use of a 10 x 5 metre pool with spectacular views over the tranquil countryside. The two upstairs bedrooms are air-conditioned and the house has Fibre Optic WiFi.
It is one of three houses on the property, dating back to 1706 and featuring thick stone walls that insulate from the heat of the day. The master bedroom, living room and one bathroom is on the ground floor, while the two other bedrooms are located on the first floor, along with the kitchen and the second bathroom. The downstairs bedroom is always cool thanks to the thick stone walls.
The kitchen is well-equipped with a gas cook top, microwave/oven, fridge, Nespresso machine, and a cafetière French press coffee maker. The bathroom features a toilet, shower, and handbasin, while the living room offers a TV with French, English, and Dutch stations. High speed Fibre Optic Wifi (+250 mbps) is available throughout the property, and a desk and chair are provided for remote work.
Outside, you can enjoy a private garden with a dining table, perfect for al fresco meals, and a parasol is provided for shade. There is also a private parking space for your convenience.
