Super value & incredible breakfast

Only complaint was that you have to go to hotel next door to actually check-in. Other than that, place was great for the price. And the breakfast is phenomenal!

The hotel is 5 min walk from train station and bus station, downtown, very nice location. Room is very quiet and clean The breakfast is also very nice. With this price this is a very good deal. I will come back again.

Stuff was helfull. Hotel was clean, the kitchen is fine but a bit small and for some reason guests don't clean after using it. Breakfast was great.

Everything great. The room was clean and comfortable. A good selection of food was available in the Hotel Amber for breakfast. The shower attachment was broken. Access was via a door code for late arrival which worked.

Confusing check-in procedure

The info sign for calling someone related to chech-in should be placed on the table in front of where the natural check-in guest woud stand. Not on the side where few people will see it. I spent 1/2 an hour waiting and looking for the personell.

Hotel is quite nice but check in needs help. There is no onsite reception, just a sign to go to the address of an affiliated hotel. This is not real helpful if you can’t look up the address, being absent a Swedish mobile plan and phone’s navigation. A simple arrow to the right with next turn left would have been helpful. The affiliated hotel was close, but no one at that reception either, just a note to call for assistance. Again, not real helpful to a traveler without Swedish mobile service.

Vi hadde et veldig fint opphold på Narran Hotel. Rommet var rent og innbydende, og sengene var helt greie å sove i – selv om putene kunne vært litt bedre. Ellers var alt som forventet eller bedre. Hotellet ligger sentralt til, med kort gangavstand til byens fasiliteter, restauranter og butikker. Prisen er god i forhold til beliggenheten, og det er også enkelt å finne parkering i nærheten. Alt i alt et hyggelig og praktisk sted å bo for et kort opphold i byen.
