Very Cute place

The overall property is very nice! Very modern interior and the pool is wonderful! There are quite a bit of fire ants, as well as mosquitoes. I would recommend that a treatment be done outside. Additionally, the outside bar area is a bit messy, and needs to be cleaned up. Besides that, the house is perfect. we had a wonderful time.

Finally, a house that meets the description!

The host is amazing, very responsive and great with the little touches to make it feel like a 5 star experience. The house size was perfect for our group size and had everything we needed. The beds and pillows were comfortable. The modern upgrades were beautiful. The backyard is gorgeous and the pool/spa were very much enjoyed. The location is perfect to access downtown and Tybee quickly. Thank you so much for a great Savannah getaway!

Amazing place!!

This home was perfect for us!! 10 ladies for a bachelorette party and there was plenty of room. The pool was great and it was soooo convenient having a refrigerator and bathroom outside!! I would recommend to anybody. If I could give one suggestion to the owner… more big mirrors for getting ready!! Lol.. That was tight at times but certainly not a deal breaker :-) Loved our stay!! Thank you!!

Excellent backyard and pool for a group!

Lovely property, would happily stay here again! The house is modern and clean, can comfortably fit a larger group. The backyard is fantastic -- great pool, hot-tub, outdoor bar, and fire pit areas. Location is quick drive to downtown Savannah. Host is thoughtful and a great communicator. Would highly recommend this rental.

Great stay. Beautiful property. Would come again!

Firstly, the property is great for hosting groups around 8 to 10. The layout was open and the rooms were all very nicely furnished and decorated. The real gem of the property is the pool, hot tub, bar, and patio out back. It’s a great place to hang out. Nancy was a great host and explained everything in detail. We asked to heat the pool a few days before and she responded right away and answered questions during the stay. Would recommend and stay again.

Lovely Oasis to Make Family Memories

I traveled with my adult kids to Savannah to stay at this home and have a chance to spend some relaxed time together. We felt very welcomed from the start! Everything was clean and updated. We found the beds very comfortable. The pool and hot tub area was absolutely beautiful and clean. There were plenty of sitting areas. We especially liked the covered area with the comfortable chairs and couches . There was nice lighting in the evening. The temperature of the pool was also just right so it was always easy to get in after a visit to town. It was a remarkable stay and many fabulous family memories were made!

Our stay at this home exceeded expectations! The pictures listed for the house don’t do it justice, stunning, clean, and comfortable. Nancy was great at keeping an open line of communication and helpful with anything we needed. We had a great family vacation here!

Our family of my husband and I, our three adult sons and their wife/girlfriends wanted to have a safe family get together. This house was perfect for us. Everyone had their own rooms with comfortable beds and the large sectional in the living room gave us plenty of seating. The dining table easily expanded and there were a couple extra chairs in the closet. We enjoyed the hot tub outside, but it was a bit cold for the pool! The house was renovated with updated stylish decor and fixtures. Even the backyard looked great with the lights around the seating area. We enjoyed a day of exploring the downtown Savannah area and another day at the nearby wildlife center (which we walked to). Location is convenient to stores and restaurants. There’s a main road behind the house, but it wasn’t too noisy. The house is at the end of a dead end street and the backyard is completely private from neighbors. Nancy was a very helpful host and responded to all of our questions. When we needed a few more kitchen towels she brought some more very quickly. We would stay here again if we’re traveling to GA. Now back to the snow....
