The pool is a shared community pool enjoyed by 14 other units and is not heated. Pool availability is from Memorial Day through Labor Day. We provide pool chairs and toys to enhance your experience. It's a short walk across the parking lot.
For our guests traveling with furry friends, the fully fenced backyard is a paradise waiting to be explored. Your canine companions will revel in the freedom to roam and play while you relax on the patio with a refreshing beverage in hand. The space is dog-friendly. Our dog fee is set to $100 per stay, limit 2 dogs max. Pets are restricted to 50lbs or less.

Guests will have access to the townhouse, the backyard, the garage, and one additional (unassigned) parking spot across from the property. You can park up to three vehicles here: one in the garage, one right outside of the garage door, and a third on an unassigned spot across from the apartment's front steps. The townhome is located in a quiet residential complex with working professionals, military personnel stationed in Savannah, and other families as residents.
The property is conveniently located halfway between Tybee Island's beaches (15-min) and Downtown Savannah (10-min). You can easily Uber/Lyft to either side if you're not interested in driving around - but you will definitely need transportation to get around as the roadways are not walkable due to the lack of sidewalks. You can certainly go for a morning stroll on the secondary roads here as they are mostly quiet during the day.
