We are located right in the heart of Savannah's Historic District. As is typical in Savannah, our property consists of two buildings: A main house and a carriage house located behind it. This listing is to rent our Main House. Built in 1885, our 2 story home is in a quiet residential neighborhood 50 yards from Troup Square. The home was carefully renovated/decorated to keep its historic charm. We even have 2 working fireplaces!

-- The Living Room has a comfortable, queen-size pullout sofa-bed—one that you would actually be happy sleeping on!—custom manufactured by Rowe Furniture in North Carolina, with “Air Dream” innerspring air mattress system. Comfortable chairs,a 55 inch high-definition flat screen TV, and a working fireplace
-- Open Kitchen/Dining Room. The Dining Room has an antique trestle dining table that seats six, a 48” high-definition flat screen TV and a second working fireplace
-- Full Gourmet Kitchen - quartz countertops, full-size stainless steel refrigerator, gas range, dishwasher, microwave
-- There is a half-bath on the first floor, and a full-size desk with Aeron chair for remote work
-- Private Screened Porch outside the back door

Beautiful, comfy with all the charm of an older home but equipped with a modern kitchen with all the amenities!Very comfy beds and plenty of televisions throughout. Convenient location. Parked our car and walked everywhere our entire stay. Neighborhood was very safe. Highly recommend the Jingle Bells Square House!

Had a little bit of an issue with getting in. The code was not working but it didn’t take too long to get a response back. House was beautiful. Amazing location and if you park across the street from the house it was free parking on that side. Plenty of space for my family and I. Pull out bed was very comfortable and house was nice a cool. Kitchen fully stocked for all your cooking needs. Trash cans outside were a little challenging to get to because of the car that was parked but the gate but overall our stay was wonderful and would recommend and book again!!

Best location ever!

We will definitely be requesting this place again. Great location! You may want to explain parking better. We got a ticket on Monday morning and we were total oblivious to why. Love the stay!

Savannah Weekend Getaway

Jingle Bells Square House was perfect for our group of friends. Its location in the historic district is convenient for exploring Savannah and within walking distance to the river. The neighborhood was quiet, with plenty of free on-street parking. The amenities provided were above our expectations compared to other places we’ve rented in the past, and the screened porch was a great spot for morning coffee. The house was clean from top to bottom, and the beds were very comfortable (including the sofa bed!). We enjoyed our stay!

Great house in Savannah

We really enjoyed our stay the the Jingle Bells Square House this past week. The house was wonderful. The kitchen was stocked with every appliance/utensil and spice you needed for preparing meals (fyi, no grill), great screened in small porch to enjoy the nice weather, fluffy towels and a Keurig for your morning coffee. The beds were not very comfortable and the house location was on the edge of the historic district but everyone in our travel party can recommend this house for your stay in Savannah.

Beautiful Historic House

This was our second time staying at the Jingle Bell Square House. It's a lovely home on a relatively quiet street. The interior is complimentary to the history and and age of the home but with modern conveniences. The kitchen is well stocked and very nice, the living area is comfortable with a working fireplace that is easy to use, and the beds were comfortable. There are quite a few steep stairs to go upstairs, so keep that in mind if dealing with limited mobility. The backyard is welcoming, as is the back porch. The pictures and description of the house are accurate. The location is pretty central and lovely. It was easy to walk everywhere. The property manager was friendly and communicative. Highly recommend this rental.

Jingle Bells Square is in a great location to tour the historic distrct and the River area. Great for walking with food and entertainment options close to the house. We loved the home. It was very comfortable and pleasantly decorated. The screened in porch are is great for sitting or drinkin coffee in the AM!
