When I checked in and went to the first room the bed was turned down and used towels in the bathroom as if someone had already been in the room. They gave me a second room where the shades wouldn't go down that overlooked the parking lot. The third room a staff member walked me up and there was someone sleeping in the bed. She asked me to wait because she had a line. I waited a few minutes and got back in the line because it was growing. Checked into the 4th room and it was fine. This took over an hour between the time I got there to the time I was able to get a room. They only gave me a $50 discount for the inconvenience.

Dint like the staff service, i checked in on Friday evening and during Friday night i realized the Microwave is not working so i called front desk to see if microwave can get replaced immediately. the lady told me to wait till morning time around 7:30 by when Maintenance guy would come. Next day morning around 9AM i called and i got the same response that Maintenance guy has not come yet. i mean common, you are running biggest hotel chain and you don't have maintenance staff??? In Frustration i said, if i dont see maintenance guy in next 15 mins, will take out microwave and submit to front desk. Only after that someone from maintenance team came and replaced the microwave. We were in Savannah only for two days and booked the best hotel still encountered poor staff who were not that attentive. Would not recommend this hotel to anybody who wants to enjoy peaceful hotel stay.

Generally substandard. No trash can in the bath, key didn’t work day 2. Food in cafe was greasy.

Disgusting stay away. Would not stay for free.

Most disgusting run down place I have ever been to. Spent almost 200 for a place that does not have a tv in the main living area. Gross. I can not believe that this place is even in business.

This facility was clean in most areas. It is old but kept up somewhat. The chairs and floor behind the chair was really dirty. Beds were comfortable and clean. We were very disappointed that there was not a pool as advertised!!!
