Magnolia Manor was a joy! Christopher was very helpful…quick response to a ‘user error’ problem.The location is ideal for exploring Savannah on your own two feet. The home was beautifully kept and very comfortable. We were gifted with unseasonably warm weather for December, giving us some relaxing evenings on the deck. Thank you, Christopher!

It had easy and free available street parking, along with two spaces in back, which is hard to find in Savannah. It's a large historic home in a great location with wonderful backyard space. The house and beds were comfortable and had everything you would need. We had a little trouble with the thermostat, but probably was operator error, not in the system. We highly recommend....and we didn't hear the ghost that the guest book mentioned but would have loved that!

This property is in a great location—very walkable to downtown Savannah, the trolleys, squares, and restaurants. The bedrooms were spacious and worked perfectly for our girls’ weekend of six.I’m leaving four stars because, while the host communicated well, he repeatedly asked for feedback and a 5-star review but never acknowledged the feedback I provided. In our group’s opinion, the property met our needs well but could benefit from a thorough deep cleaning. The beds and common areas were very clean, but some areas just needed extra attention. This is an easy fix, and hopefully, it will be addressed for future guests.

Spacious home with robust air conditioning and arcade games.

We loved this place. The four bedrooms and extra beds on the third floor offered plenty of room. The huge dining table was perfect for our group and another family. The air conditioning is ice cold - perfect for the heat and humidity of Savannah in the summer. The owner was very responsive and helpful. And the location is perfect. Family reunion

The property was beautiful and simply decorated. The living area was roomy and comfortable. Just a suggestion that the couch is getting close to being replaced. There were cracks in the leather. The kichen was fully equipped and met all our needs. The bedrooms were comfortable. The back patio was a nice place to sit and enjoy the outdoors.
